EOI - National Palliative Care Standards Community of Practice (CoP)

The CoP brings together specialist palliative care providers, health professionals across all disciplines and aged care services to:

Discuss the National Palliative Care Standards and the Palliative Care Self-Assessment (PaCSA)
Reflect on quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate across sectors to strengthen capability and support a palliative approach to care
