EOI - National Palliative Care Standards Community of Practice (CoP)

Thank you for your interest in our CoP. The CoP has been created to bring together specialist palliative care providers, health professionals across all disciplines and aged care services to:

Discuss the National Palliative Care Standards and the PaCSA tool
Reflect on quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate across sectors to strengthen capabilities and deliver high-quality palliative care.

Our CoP is built on a strengths-based approach to social learning. We encourage open, respectful dialogue and ask that all members respct each other’s experiences, insights and vulnerabilities shared through these discussions.
